How to Catch Foals and Get Them Home
Use the Lasso prompt, return arrows and delivery objective to complete a catch.

Choose a foal within your currently accessible area. Approach closely enough for Lasso to appear, then activate it. The reviewed desktop and mobile recordings show different input labels for the same action.
Do not treat approaching a horse as a completed catch. The useful confirmation is the change to the return-home objective and a foal following your character.
Use the return route
Follow the red arrows to your ranch.

The red arrows point toward the ranch during the delivery. Keep the route clear in view and follow it through the ranch entrance. Arrival can produce a new-breed discovery card and add the horse to a stall.
The alpha pursuit is part of the official catch loop. The recordings do not establish a universal pursuit timer, safe distance or guaranteed escape trick, so this guide does not assign one.

Check the current objective after a delivery attempt.

Check whether the return objective is still active. If you lost the delivery, return to an accessible area and repeat the catch. A short route gives you fewer turns to manage while learning.
If a new-breed card appears, dismiss it and check the stall and your next tutorial objective. Follow the on-screen state rather than assuming every catch immediately advances the same milestone.
